What is NH-4004?
NH-4004 Textile and Fabric Coating is a professional-grade nano coating concentrate formulated specifically for fabric, textile, natural fibre, and cellulose fibre (including timber and wood). It is suitable for:

How to Apply
Step 1: Clean and Dry the Surface
The surface must be clean and completely dry before application. Any dirt, oils, or detergent residue will prevent the coating from bonding correctly. For timber, ensure the surface is free of existing sealers or water-repellent treatments.
Step 2: Dilute NH-4004
Dilute NH-4004 concentrate with a minimum of 5 parts clean tap water (1:5 ratio). For more absorbent substrates like timber, dilution up to 1:9 is possible. One litre of concentrate produces at least 6 litres of ready-to-use product, covering 25–50 m² depending on absorption.
Step 3: Apply Evenly
Apply the diluted coating by spray or immersion, ensuring full and even coverage. For spray application, work in overlapping passes to avoid missed areas. For timber, apply along the grain.
Step 4: Allow to Dry
Allow the surface to air dry completely. NH-4004 dries transparent and invisible with no change to colour, texture, or appearance.
How Long Does it Last?
NH-4004 provides long-lasting protection resistant to UV and temperature changes. Performance will vary depending on substrate, exposure conditions, and wash frequency. Reapply when water no longer beads on the surface.
