About Nanovations Australia

Nanovations Australia is a Queensland-based supplier of professional nano-scale surface protection products. Founded in 2002, we have spent over two decades developing and refining nanotechnology coatings for glass, concrete, masonry, textiles, and construction materials.

Our products are trusted by industry professionals across Australia and New Zealand, including glaziers, builders, automotive detailers, and construction companies.

Australian Manufacturing

Our glass coating products are manufactured in Australia and have been since 2002. NG-1010 is the only certified carbon neutral manufactured glass coating on the world market. We supply Australia and New Zealand from our Queensland headquarters.

Independent Testing & Certifications

We don't make claims we can't back up. Our products have been independently tested by recognised international laboratories and research institutes:

  • NG-1010 Glass Coating — independently tested by the Glass Research Institute in Italy: 1,000-hour UV chamber, 21-day salt spray, acid resistance, and abrasion testing. No loss of function or damage reported. Tested to withstand 500,000 cleaning cycles.
  • Vision-Protect Automotive Coating — the only automotive glass coating independently tested to withstand 500,000 windscreen wiper cycles without performance decline (independent US laboratory, 2014).
  • 3001 Hydrophobic Agent — LEED compliant, zero VOC, tested for salt resistance and freeze cycle resistance. Penetration depth up to 10mm.
  • NH-4004 Textile Coating — zero VOC, PFAS-free, solvent-free. Independently verified UV and temperature resistance.

Sustainability

Sustainability is built into our product design. Our coatings are water-based, solvent-free, and formulated to minimise environmental impact without compromising performance. NG-1010 is carbon neutral manufactured. 3001 is LEED compliant. NH-4004 is PFAS-free and zero VOC. More than 99% of the chemicals in CL-50 are from renewable, bio-based sources.
