3001 Concentrate is a solvent-free, self-assembling micro emulsion. Manufactured with a new patented process, the very consistent and small particle size and small molecular chain creates a capillary impregnation without filling the pores and capillary structure. This new technology makes it possible to reduce and avoid chemical substances such as fluorocarbons and VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds).

It contains less than 10g/litre of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the concentrate and emits zero VOCs once fully reacted with the substrate. This makes it compliant with the latest LEED requirements and suitable for indoor use. It is the most environmentally friendly penetrating sealer in Australia.

The solvent in Nanovations 3001 is simply water. 3001 is a penetrating sealer that can be diluted with up to 9 parts of water for surface applications. The high dilution rate and high concentration of actives in the concentrate makes it the most cost-effective penetrating sealer on the market.

How it works:

Dilute one litre of concentrate with 9 litres of clean tap water to get 10 litres of ready-to-use product. The recommended consumption rate is 200 ml/m² (2x spray wet-on-wet). Your 10 litres will treat up to 50 m² (550 sq. ft.) at approximately $1.00/m² or 10 cents/sq. ft. A 20-litre drum treats up to 1,000 m² (11,000 sq. ft.).
